Karen Stanek M.D., Ph.D.
Karen Stanek M.D., Ph.D. has always loved physiology and medicine. She completed her PH.D. in exercise physiology in 1978 and worked in cardiovascular research for 5 years. She completed medical school from the University of Mississippi in 1988 and completed her residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation training in June of 1992 from the University of Colorado.
The year after her residency, she completed specialized studies traumatic brain injury and also completed a course in Business Administration and Management in Medicine at Harvard University.
She moved to Spokane in 1993, and served as Medical Director of Deaconess Rehabilitation Institute from August of 1993 until September of 1994. During this year she served on the Integration Committee, which was instrumental in merging the rehabilitation centers from Sacred Heart Medical Center and Deaconess Rehabilitation to form St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute.
She served as in-patient medical director of the new institute from September of 1994 until November of 1995. Karen worked as medical advisor to the traumatic brain injury unit at St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute until 2015, and also served on the Spokane Chapter of the BIAW Board for many years. In 1996 she started her private practice Northwest Medical Rehabilitation. Over the next several years Karen honored as one of the outstanding doctors in Spokane several times. She retired from general Physiatry in the fall of 2022, and now serves as Medical Director of the Spokane Hyperbaric Center and New Life Networks Regenerative Medicine Clinic.
She likes to share new ideas with her patients and colleagues as she believes that Regenerative Medicine Therapy plays a vital role in the future of medicine.

Mrs. Ciera Brooks
West Coast Coordinator
Ciera Brooks was born and raised in Spokane, WA, and is the proud mother of three young children. As the Personal Assistant to all of our National Educators, she keeps all schedules in line by region for seminar attendance, while making sure the pre-seminar attendees are confirmed and what meals they would enjoy.
Ciera is a CNA, an Esthetician, and is also recognized as one of the Pacific NW’s top Videographers for wedding events and more. As the Company moves into additional services such face and hair treatments, she will be instrumental in that development.
Having her father and brother associated in the same Company was a dream come true, as they all feel blessed to be together sharing this gift of hope together.
Mr. Adam C. Hansford

Adam C. Hansford is a respected minister, entrepreneur, insurance professional, and healthcare advocate with more than three decades of leadership, service, and community impact.
Born and raised in Washington, D.C., Adam is a devoted father of three children and has dedicated his life to helping individuals, families, and organizations achieve greater health, financial security, and spiritual well-being.
A passionate advocate for healthcare innovation, Adam is actively involved in the fields of regenerative medicine, biologic therapies, and wellness education. He serves as a marketing consultant and strategic advisor to physicians, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organizations seeking to expand into the growing areas of regenerative medicine, medical spas, and biologic therapies. His expertise helps healthcare providers develop sustainable growth strategies while improving patient outcomes.
Adam’s personal motto is simple yet powerful: “Your Health Is Your Wealth.” This philosophy guides his commitment to helping people live healthier, longer, and more fulfilling lives.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Adam is recognized as a gifted leader, mentor, and connector of people.

Mr. Erroll Knight
National Educator
Erroll Knight was born and raised in Seattle, WA, and graduated from Gonzaga University where he played collegiate basketball taking the his Bulldogs to a ranking of #3 in the Nation whlle attending and playing in 3 Sweet 16’s and an Elite 8 tournament. Mr. Knight also played Professionally Oversees and had NBA workouts with teams such as the Los Angeles Lakers, Sacramento Kings, San Antonio Spurs and Houston Rockets.
As a National Educator for New Life Networks, he travels extensively throughout the United States helping those who are in CHRONIC PAIN! Erroll has devoted his life speaking about his personal pain and numerous knee surgeries and how he enjoys informing others about the wonders of regenerative medicine, the process of replacing or regenerating human cells, tissues or organs to restore or establish normal function.
Erroll currently resides in Seattle, WA, and is the father of three sons.
Ms. Lisa Capparelli
East Coast Coordinator
Lisa was born and raised in Springfield, MA. After residing in West Chester, PA, for 25 years, she relocated to St. Petersburg, FL in 2015.
Having served in the dental industry for the past 30+ years, she learned about the power and value of regenerative medicine therapy. Having undergone treatment on her knee due to a torn meniscus changed her lifestyle greatly. Within just a few weeks, she began to experience a great reduction in pain and was able to avoid surgery, making her a believer in its healing power.
Lisa is a proud mother of two children and two grandchildren. As the National Event Coordinator for New Life Networks, she travels extensively throughout the United States to help those living with chronic pain and discomfort discover how they can regain control of and improve the quality of their lives through our regenerative therapies.
