Mr. Erroll Knight

A graduate of Gonzaga University in 2006, he had a four year D-1 basketball career exciting crowds nationwide. Having played for #3 Nationally Gonzaga Bulldogs, he knows what it takes to survive to the next level. As a former college athlete, Erroll earned his degree in Sports Management, grounding his work in the disciplines of leadership, performance, and team culture. Erroll Knight is a driven business builder, brand strategist, and sports-minded leader who turns big ideas into organized, revenue-producing programs.

Erroll’s career sits at the intersection of sports, entrepreneurship, and community impact. He’s recognized for building scalable systems—outreach, partnerships, sponsorship strategy, brand positioning, and operational execution—always with a focus on measurable results. His style is direct and practical: define the goal, map the plan, track the numbers, and follow through.

A cornerstone of his current focus is NILGRID, an athlete-first platform Erroll created to help high school and college athletes navigate the evolving world of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL). NILGRID is designed to connect athletes with opportunities, resources, and a clear roadmap—bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to a rapidly changing space. Through NILGRID, Erroll champions athlete development beyond the game, empowering young talent to build their brand, understand their value, and move with professionalism.

In that process of young players and families taking in at times large sums of money, is where Team Liberty can ensure the proper planning for these players and families is spot on for their long term future. It should be noted that all members of Team Liberty are former high end athletes in their field of play,…so they understand this major transition from “the old days”.

Erroll is also a stem cell advocate for New Life Networks, where he is a national educator on regenerative medicine and patient-centered innovation. He brings a high-performance, education-first approach to the space—focused on responsible awareness, business growth, and expanding access to cutting-edge solutions on and off the field of play.

At his core, Erroll Knight is about legacy and leverage—building systems that help people win, creating brands that last, and opening doors for the next generation. He is a proud father of two.
