Jerin, a graduate of Shadle Park High School, applies the discipline and drive he developed
during his Division 1 collegiate baseball days and a three-year professional career that took him across
Europe to bring his vast experience and knowledge for all to benefit by. As a Senior Appraiser and
Licensed Realtor, he can save folks a lot of money, and has!!!
Margaret, born and raised in Cheney, Washington, leverages a meticulous eye for detail honed through her background in Public Accounting after graduating from Eastern Washington University, and supports and
conducts all the activities of the daily operations within the business.
Jerin and Margo understand the importance of family and legacy, committed to providing
attorneys and executors with the compassionate services and financial

As a winning team, they are raising two small children.
