He has trained with Lou Tice, founder of The Pacific Institute, and worked with Jim Rohn, and has coached athletes to Olympic gold in the U.S. and Spain.
He rose to top U.S. National Sales and later led European operations for a major direct sales company. An accomplished entrepreneur, he has also founded his own companies in health and wellness, and educational training, including creating the Southern European affiliate of The Pacific Institute.

Business co-founder Patricia, originally from New York and long based in Madrid, Spain, is now residing in the Pacific Northwest. She brings more than 30 years of successful business experience, including business development, team building, and extensive work as a sales and marketing executive, coach, and facilitator.
Bilingual, with native English and fluent Spanish, Patricia serves as an effective liaison between senior management and development teams, while also overseeing daily operations and supporting sales and marketing staff.
She is passionate about fostering synergy and empowering women by creating spaces to connect, share knowledge, develop new skills, and engage in innovative, hands-on projects that address real-world professional challenges.
